Klariqo / About

We built the infrastructure. Then we built the proof.

Klariqo is the compliance layer for call centers, on the dialer you already run. We started by building voice AI that survives real volume. In doing it, we built the thing nobody else has: a signed, verifiable record on every call.

The problem we saw

The industry needed infrastructure, not another toy.

BPOs and call centers were paying human agents to do grunt work: dialing dead numbers, sitting through voicemails, getting cursed at by wrong numbers. They tried the voice AI tools that existed. The demos were slick. Then they pushed five thousand real leads through, and latency spiked, transfers broke, and nothing plugged into the dialer they actually run.

So the same four things came up on every call with a call center owner:

"Your demo was great. Then we pushed real volume and it fell apart."Call center owner
"We need SIP, not a browser widget."Call center owner
"Why am I paying a per-minute markup for an API wrapper on models I could call myself?"Call center owner
"Can you just plug into VICIdial and not break everything?"Call center owner
How we build

Infrastructure first, on the dialer they already run.

Infrastructure, not a wrapper

We run our own STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline. Sub-500ms response is not a marketing line, it is the architecture. Fast enough that callers feel a real conversation.

Built for the dialer

Every feature is designed for SIP-first, high-volume operations. Native VICIdial integration, SIP passthrough, per-campaign routing. It plugs into what they already run.

A record on every call

Each call becomes a signed, independently verifiable Klariqo Call Record. Audit-ready evidence of what was said, the part no raw voice platform hands you.

Where we are going

Voice AI was the way in. The record is the moat.

Every call center wants cheaper, better calls. That is how we get in the door. What keeps us there is the thing they discover once inside: every recorded call becomes a signed, tamper-evident, independently verifiable record. We provide provable evidence of what was said. The legal and consent obligations stay with the client; the proof is ours to produce.

The team

Built by an operator, for operators.

Eight-plus years in advertising and performance marketing, managing $500K to $1M a month in ad spend across verticals. Built Klariqo after watching call centers hemorrhage money on unqualified traffic, then watching every voice AI demo fall apart the moment real volume hit. Klariqo is the infrastructure he wanted and could not buy.
