Klariqo / Klariqo Call Record

What is a Klariqo Call Record (KCR)?

A Klariqo Call Record (KCR) is Klariqo's signed, tamper-evident, independently timestamped record of a single call, scored for compliance and generated on the dialer you already run. It is the call-event equivalent of a web-form consent certificate like TrustedForm: the branded, checkable artifact a buyer can require from every vendor and audit across 100% of calls.

Anatomy

One object, four layers.

One digital asset, four layers: automated QA scoring, a cryptographic signature, automated PII redaction, and an independent trusted timestamp you can check with standards attorneys already recognize.

01 / Scored

100% QA

Every call scored for compliance against your own rules, not a 2% sample.

02 / Signed

Cryptographic seal

A SHA-512 signature seals the audio, transcript, and analysis. Any change is detectable.

03 / Redacted

PII removed

Card numbers, SSNs, and health details are automatically detected and redacted from transcript and audio.

04 / Timestamped

Trusted timestamp

Witnessed on JLINC and sealed with an independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp (DigiCert), the standard behind legal e-signatures, proving the record existed at that moment and could not be backdated.

How you verify a KCR

Check it yourself, no login.

The signature proves it is unaltered: change one byte and the seal breaks. An independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp, the standard behind legal e-signatures, proves when the record existed and that it could not be backdated. Both prove integrity and timing, not that the call was lawful. Check either by the KCR_ID at verify.klariqo.com, or offline with any standard reader.

The mandate

Require a KCR on every call.

The network requires a TrustedForm certificate to prove consent on every lead. Require a KCR on every call to prove what was said. Tell your centers: every call delivers a KCR, or you do not pay for it.

What a KCR is not

Evidence, not a compliance badge.

A KCR does not make you compliant and it is not a compliance certification. It is audit-ready evidence; the compliance program stays yours.
